Considering how well last year's went, I'm going to scale back to reasonable and reachable goals. So here it is:
1) Finish painting my Tau BFG fleet,
2) Write up the campaign mini-dexes before March,
3) Finish painting up 25pts of Cygnar,
4) Build and paint up the 1000pt Campaign army by the start of the campaign,
and 5) my super challenges, finish painting 1500pts of a single WH40K army (either Tau, Farsight Tau, White Scars, or Grey Knights) and finish up 3k of WHFB High Elves.
I'll try to be better this year at posting a monthly update to my resolutions.
How did everyone else do with last year's goals? What goals will be held to by the group?

Emperor's Crusade
Is there any interest in a Pre-Heresy Crusade from all of you? This would be a 8-battle campaign of the Emperor's Crusade to unite humanity under the Imperium with his 18 Astartes Legions and Imperial Army support. The OpFor would be Eldar with their agenda and Orks building up to an Apocalyptic Waagh battle.
Special rules for the campaign to come. Primarily, this will be a troops heavy campaign (2 infantry choices per transport). Look for Imperial, Eldar, and Ork mini-dexes. We'll aim to begin in June, so this gives you 6 months to work on your miniatures.

Warmachine Projects
I bought two battle boxes for Warmachine. The plastic models are amazing, really nice quality sculpting and they have some weight to them. I started painting up both.
Here's the first battlebox. I'm planning the same color scheme as the models I did earlier, that means white with red on the shoulder pads.

Here's the other battlebox. The two models in front are pretty much done. That's what the entire army will look like when I'm done.

I'll see if I can post a battle report once all these guys are painted up.

November Turkey Shoot
It's November, which means it's time for flying feathered fiends of fdoom and carnage for all! We're switching systems to Battlefleet Gothic this year (check under the Specialist Games tab at GW for rules and fleet lists), to have a grandiose time blowing things up in a true turkey shoot fashion. A preliminary scenario is posted here. Comments via the usual channels.
For anyone who is new to BFG, there will be some ships available, or you can use models from other systems if you prefer (everything in BFG is relative to base size). Imperial Navy or Chaos are suggested.

Orangenemo has a Rogue Trader character

Arthur Highgate, the bastard son of the renowned admiral Duke Reginald Harrison Highgate the IV of Icarus III, the young space explorer, and 1st mate of Brock Rostman's vessel, Righteous Fire.
Arthur took to the stars as soon as he came of age as there was nothing for him on Icarus III except to scramble for the leavings of his legitimate half-brothers. He sought out a life among other bastards, villains, rogues and other generally degenerate folk. His goal? To one day acquire the title "Rogue Trader" and truly become a ruler, a position denied him on Icarus III. But his real desire in taking to the stars, more than finding comraderie among other like-minded rogues, more than the prospect of a stellar empire, is the chance to make it with freaky alien chicks.
Ever since he was a young adolescent he would look up at the stars in the night sky and imagine the multitudes of weird-looking alien babes aching to be taught the concept of human love. "It's a galaxy filled with hot xeno mamas," his father, the Duke, would tell him on those rare moments he found the time to talk to his bastard. "Your life is before you, opportunity abounds son, you have to go out there and take it. You have to go out there and make it with a green alien. Now, go play in the garden while your mom and I have adult fun time."
Yes, to make it with a nasty alien babe, that is the loftiest of dreams and Arthur is determined to make it a reality.

Variations on a theme
Here's two new zombie scenarios I've written up for your evaluation and bemusement (one 40K, one Fantasy).
I've also added a poll to the side asking what system you would prefer for the zombie game this year: 40k (last year's choice), Fantasy, or perennial runner-up Space Hulk.
